Its main office is at Van Twickelostraat 13 in Deventer and it has a second office at Scorpius 1 in Hoofddorp. The firm runs three connected lines of work. Venture capital goes into earlier-stage companies, with a stated focus on deep technology addressing societal problems, including medical technology, biotechnology, advanced materials and artificial intelligence. Private equity is used to grow more mature companies in its own platform. A corporate finance arm carries out mergers and acquisitions work and company valuations. Across all of these the firm names healthcare, technology and leisure as its main sectors. It operates separate seed, evergreen and private equity fund vehicles and raises money from outside investors as well as investing its own. Beyond money it says it gives portfolio founders mentoring and industry guidance.
