It handles the paperwork that decides whether a non-European worker can legally start a job in the Netherlands: the knowledge migrant scheme, work and residence permits, the 30 percent tax ruling and A1 social insurance certificates. AAme Adviseurs is a privately owned Dutch advisory firm that has operated since 1984. Its main office is at Olof Palmestraat 24 in Delft and it has a second office at Schoolweg 1 in Veelerveen in Groningen. It also trades under the name AAme Accountants & Belastingadviseurs. The firm sells four connected service lines: accountancy and tax advice, personnel and salary administration, legal advice and contract management, and consultancy and secondment for people working across borders. The last of these is the part most relevant to newcomers. The firm explains and applies the 30 percent ruling for incoming employees, works on residence and work permits, handles the knowledge migrant scheme for non-European staff, and deals with A1 certificates of coverage, which record where an employee is socially insured. It states that it is registered with the IND, which allows a worker to be engaged through one of its own contracting structures. It also publishes a knowledge base with articles, whitepapers and frequently asked questions on these subjects. This is a fee charging commercial firm. It is not part of the IND or the Dutch tax office and it carries no official authority.
