Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
Abroad Experience only helps people who already have, or are about to receive, the right to work in the Netherlands. Most of its roles need fluent English, at B2 level or higher, but no Dutch.
About
Abroad Experience is a multilingual recruitment agency in Amersfoort, in business since 1998, that places international professionals with companies in the Netherlands, often firms that have their European headquarters or a shared service centre here. It recruits for temporary roles, where it acts as the temporary employer, and for permanent positions. Its fields are logistics and supply chain, IT support and engineering, sales and account management, office administration and legal, customer service, marketing and communication, finance and accounting, and human resources. It places candidates across the Netherlands, with a focus on Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague and Amersfoort. Most of its jobs need no Dutch, but fluent English is required and many roles ask for a further language such as German or French. Its services are free for applicants, and its English site includes answers to common questions about working in the Netherlands and about work permits.
What they offer
- Temporary placements, with Abroad Experience as your employer
Good to know

- Fluent English is required, and some vacancies also need Dutch or another language.
- It does not help with finding accommodation and has no jobs that include housing.
- Its services are free for applicants, and it warns that it never asks for payment during a job search.
