About
All About Expats is a trade name used within the All About Flex group. Its office is in Weesp and it works with employers and employees across the Netherlands. Its current About page states that contracts are entered into with About Backoffice Services II B.V., the entity listed in the IND public register of recognised sponsors for regular labour and highly skilled migrants. Because a Dutch employer must hold that recognition before it can employ a highly skilled migrant, the company's central offer is to take on the sponsorship, and with it the formal employment, for organisations that do not have it. Around that it handles immigration administration for employers, provides employer of record and payrolling arrangements, supports relocation and settling in for arriving employees and their families, helps students and orientation-year graduates move on to a highly skilled migrant permit, and runs back office services for staffing intermediaries placing workers with their own clients.

Good to know
- A paid commercial service, not an official body. It carries out procedures; the Immigration and Naturalisation Service still makes every permit decision.
- Under the sponsorship and payrolling routes About Backoffice Services II B.V. becomes your legal employer on paper while you work for the client organisation. That affects your contract, your notice period and your residence permit.
- It sells to employers and staffing intermediaries as well as to individuals, so its advice is not independent of the party paying for it.
- Prices, packages and eligibility change. Confirm both the cost and the conditions directly with the provider.
