Blue Lynx is an international recruitment agency founded in 1988 and based in The Hague, with a second office in Amsterdam. It is part of the Blue Lynx group, whose Dutch companies include Blue Lynx Employment B.V., a temping and contracting agency working under the ABU collective agreement, and Blue Lynx Recruitment B.V., which handles recruitment and executive search. It places English-speaking and multilingual professionals in permanent roles with client companies, and as contractors or temporary workers employed through Blue Lynx, in fields such as IT and software development, sales and business development, marketing, finance and accounting, HR, logistics, customer service, office support and engineering. For employers it also offers executive search, recruitment outsourcing, talent sourcing and an employer-of-record service. It says it is a registered sponsor with the IND and that knowledge migrants hired through Blue Lynx receive support with the work permit. Matching with jobs is free for candidates, and most vacancies it receives are English-speaking or multilingual jobs in the Randstad area.
