From the Flux Forward organisation register · Not edited on this site How we check this

Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

More about where our information comes from

Most relevant if you are a non-EU professional moving to the Netherlands on a highly skilled migrant permit or an EU Blue Card, or an employer that wants to hire someone from outside the EU without setting up a Dutch entity first.

About

BlueStone Expat Solutions is the trading name of BlueStone Solutions B.V., a company based in Alkmaar that is itself recognised by the Immigration and Naturalisation Service, the IND, as a sponsor. It sells immigration, payroll and employment administration to highly skilled migrants and to the employers who hire them. For individuals it runs the highly skilled migrant residence permit procedure, EU Blue Card applications and the orientation year permit for recent non-EU graduates, and it advises on the 30 percent tax ruling. It also publishes a job portal and app listing vacancies at other IND recognised sponsors. For employers it offers Dutch payroll and employer of record services, which allow a company without a Dutch legal entity to employ staff in the Netherlands, and it supports employers that want to become recognised sponsors in their own right. This is a fee-based commercial service built around the highly skilled migrant routes rather than around newcomers generally.

What they offer

Good to know

  • A fee-based commercial service. The IND decides residence permit applications and the Belastingdienst decides the 30 percent ruling.
  • The service is built around the highly skilled migrant and EU Blue Card routes and the employers using them, rather than around newcomers generally.
