Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

Relevant to a company rather than to an individual arriving here. The internationalisation side is the way in for a business weighing up Noord-Brabant as a location.

About

BOM, formally Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij, is a public development agency for the Dutch province of Noord-Brabant. It was founded in 1983 and its shareholders are the Province of Noord-Brabant and the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, which BOM says makes it a public implementation organisation rather than a private investor. Its work runs across three areas. Developing means building regional innovation ecosystems through programmes, networks, innovation coalitions and grants. Investing means putting capital of up to five million euros into startups and scale-ups through a range of managed funds. Internationalising covers both helping Brabant-based companies expand abroad and attracting international companies to the province. Its published focus areas are decentralised energy systems, medtech and life sciences, plant-based food technology, deep tech, AI tech and defence technology. It is based in Tilburg.
