Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

More about where our information comes from

If you are here as a student, graduate or accompanying partner and do not yet speak Dutch, this is an agency whose whole listing is jobs that are done in English.

About

Brave Ones is the trading name of a Dutch employment agency based in Nijmegen. It matches international students, recent graduates, accompanying partners, asylum seekers and status holders with jobs at Dutch employers that are carried out in English, in production, distribution, retail and other sectors, with listings across ten Dutch cities including Nijmegen, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Groningen and Maastricht. As the agency it handles the employment paperwork and payroll for the people it places. Around the placements it offers practical extras aimed at people new to working in the Netherlands: Dutch language courses, tax workshops, city specific messaging groups carrying job alerts, and a library of guides on Dutch working life. For employers it offers staffing and recruitment across several sectors. It traded under an earlier name before rebranding. It is a commercial business rather than a public or non-profit employment service, and it works specifically with internationals rather than with the general Dutch labour market.

What they offer

Good to know

  • It is an employment agency. When it places you it becomes your legal employer, which affects your contract type, your notice period and how your hours are recorded.
  • It is a commercial business paid by employers, so the jobs it shows you are the ones it has been asked to fill.
  • It works with internationals specifically and lists roles in production, distribution, retail and similar sectors, which is a narrower market than the Dutch job market as a whole.
