Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
An international worker usually meets this firm through their employer rather than directly. Companies engage it to handle the legal, tax and immigration side of employing people in the Netherlands.
About
Briddge Legal & Finance is a Dutch professional services firm registered in Amsterdam, publishing a Chamber of Commerce number and a VAT number on its site although no formal legal form. It was established in 2011 through a merger of two founders' existing practices, and today combines corporate law, tax, accounting, global payroll, employment law, human resources, immigration law and international tax and mobility advice within one firm. Its stated focus is helping internationally oriented companies establish and expand operations in Europe, particularly in the Netherlands. That includes a global employer of record service, which lets a company employ staff in the Netherlands without setting up its own Dutch legal entity, and immigration law support for skilled worker and family visas. It has Dutch offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven, and further offices in Los Angeles and London.
What they offer
Good to know
- A commercial law and advisory firm, not a government body or a non-profit.
- Its immigration and employer of record work is sold to companies. An individual would normally be covered by an arrangement their employer has already made.
