About

Builders is a Rotterdam-based venture studio, registered as Builders Studio B.V., that focuses on enterprise artificial intelligence. Rather than running a fixed programme for existing startups, it co-founds companies with selected founders from before incorporation: a senior in-house team works alongside each founder on strategy, product and go-to-market from the start. Its own homepage puts it as not a programme but a studio with a system underneath. Capital comes from two of its own funds, one backing the ventures it co-founds and one investing at seed stage on studio terms. Founders also get access to a network of enterprise AI chief technology officers for warm introductions and technical intelligence. All of this runs on an internal operating system that processes calls, deals and other venture signals into daily briefings, which the studio also licenses as a separate product to other venture studios, funds and portfolio holders. New founder cohorts are taken on in person in Rotterdam four times a year.
