Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

More about where our information comes from

The growth loan takes no shares, so a founder who does not want to give up equity has a route here that a pure equity investor does not offer.

About

Capital Mills is an investment firm in Gorinchem, in South Holland, that has financed software and software as a service companies since 2015. The legal entity is Capital Mills Invest BV. It offers two products. The first is a growth loan, sized against a company's future cash flow, typically 500,000 to 2 million euros and up to 2.5 million, which the firm calls non-dilutive because it takes no shares. The second is an equity investment of 500,000 to 2.5 million euros in a late seed round, ahead of a Series A. It states what a company needs to qualify: a subscription or licence business with recurring revenue or gross margin of at least 75,000 euros a month, year on year growth above 20 percent, and either a cash positive position or a clear route to one. Its published portfolio includes Convious, HalalBooking, Presspage and Tiqets. It works with businesses that are already trading rather than with pre revenue startups.
