Cipio Partners is an independent, partner-owned growth equity investment firm founded in 2003. It operates two offices, in Munich and in Senningerberg in Luxembourg, under two legal entities named on its site: Cipio Partners GmbH in Germany and Cipio Partners S.a r.l. in Luxembourg. It provides growth capital and minority buyouts, typically five to fifteen million euros per investment with reserves for follow-on funding, to European technology companies it describes as having moved beyond the early stage. Its stated focus is software, software-enabled businesses and, selectively, deep technology, targeting companies with more than ten million euros in annual revenue and rapid growth.
