Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
The monthly meetup is the one part an individual can attend, and the first visit is free. Everything else is sold to employers rather than to people.
About
Diverse Leaders in Tech, or DLiT, is a membership organisation for technology employers that want to measure and change how diverse and inclusive their workplaces are. Its legal entity is Diverse Leaders in Tech Cooperatief U.A., a cooperative incorporated in the Netherlands with a registered office in Haarlem, while its website gives Amsterdam as its location. It began as an initiative under Techleap with backing from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, and now describes itself as an independent social impact venture. Its published work has several parts: a free online Inclusion Scan that the site says takes about fifteen minutes and returns a picture of a company's position with its gaps and next steps; a benchmark comparing diversity, equity and inclusion results between employers; membership tiers for startups, scale-ups and larger technology companies; meetups held on the last Thursday of the month for technology professionals, human resources staff and specialists in the field, with a first visit at no charge; expert-led learning such as masterclasses and a format called DEI-unpacked; and awards for company practice. Techleap and Booking.com are named as founding partners.
Good to know
- DLiT sells to organisations rather than to individuals, and it publishes no job placement, relocation or immigration service.
- Two locations are published and they differ. The site footer gives Amsterdam, and the privacy statement gives a registered office in Haarlem.
