DUO for a JOB pairs jobseekers aged 18 to 33 with a migration background with volunteer mentors over 50, for six months of weekly one-to-one meetings plus group workshops. Eligibility depends on residence status: holders of a search year, orientation year or highly skilled migrant visa cannot take part.

- The programme requires a residence situation that allows unrestricted work. The official FAQ states that people holding a search year, orientation year or highly skilled migrant visa cannot take part.
- Currently runs in Rotterdam and Utrecht only.
- Each person can take part once.
