Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
Membership is limited to students of this one faculty. For someone who came to Groningen from abroad to study economics or business, the practical value sits on the career side, where Recruitment Days and the vacancy page put students in front of Dutch employers.
About
EBF Groningen is the faculty association of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Groningen, with its address in the faculty building at Nettelbosje 2. Students of that faculty join as paying members, and a reduced rate applies to people who also belong to one of the subject subassociations. The association calls itself a partner in study and career, and its work follows those two lines. On the study side it sells textbooks at a discount, publishes summaries, runs exam training, matches students with tutors, and organises thesis support, including surveys that students fill in for each other's research. On the career side it keeps a vacancy and company page, gives career advice, and holds Recruitment Days where students meet employers. It also runs committees that members can join, a magazine, a yearbook, an alumni network, confidential advisers and an International Ambassador.
