Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

More about where our information comes from

An international worker normally meets this company through their employer, which engages and pays it. Its public frequently asked questions still answer things an individual wants to know, such as what options remain when an employment contract is not extended.

About

Expat Management Group is a private company selling corporate immigration and relocation services, mainly to employers moving international staff. Two immigration specialists who had worked at global immigration law firms started it in Amsterdam in 2014. It added in-house relocation and settling-in services in 2016 and later opened offices in Brussels and Bonn alongside services in Luxembourg. Its immigration work covers EU Blue Cards, work and residence permits, travel and entry visas, legalisation of documents, posted worker compliance, business sponsorship of foreign workers, mobility policies and programmes, compliance audits and awareness training. Its relocation consultants handle house search and settling in for the employees who move, and it arranges dependent permits for a spouse or registered partner and minor children. The company is a full member of the European Relocation Association and holds that association's Global Quality Seal Plus, awarded in 2024 on an ISO 9001 process model. It publishes a blog and a set of frequently asked questions on employer sponsorship, what happens when a highly skilled migrant's job ends, and family permits.

What they offer

Good to know

  • A paid commercial service, normally engaged and paid by an employer rather than by the person relocating.
  • The IND and the other authorities involved decide permit, visa and legalisation outcomes.
