It describes itself as a team of independent mortgage brokers and states that it has no obligation to mediate for any particular bank or insurance company. Its site carries a free mortgage calculator that estimates a maximum borrowing amount from a Dutch salary, with a written warning on the same page that the figure is an estimate and can change once a personal situation is discussed. Visitors book an appointment through the site, and the company runs housing webinars at which questions can be put to its advisers.
