Gilde Healthcare is an investment firm focused on healthcare and, through a separate fund, on climate solutions. The Dutch entity is Gilde Healthcare Partners B.V., Chamber of Commerce number 30215833, based on Stadsplateau in Utrecht, with further offices in Frankfurt am Main and Boston. It manages three fund strategies. Venture and Growth invests in healthtech and therapeutics companies at early revenue or clinical development stage, takes significant minority stakes, and puts up to 50 million euro of equity into a portfolio company, across Europe and North America. Healthcare Private Equity buys into profitable lower mid-market companies such as care providers, suppliers of medical products and firms that serve the healthcare sector. Climate Solutions is a private equity fund for profitable lower mid-market companies working on energy transition, biodiversity, and waste and pollution. The investment team combines people with operating, scientific and financial backgrounds, and the firm publishes a responsible investment approach covering ESG practice and impact measurement.
