From the Flux Forward organisation register · Not edited on this site How we check this

Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

More about where our information comes from

About

HANNN, the Healthy Ageing Network Northern Netherlands, is an independent foundation with an office on Peizerweg in Groningen. It was set up in 2009 to work towards more healthy years of life for everyone living in the north of the Netherlands. Its network is made up of knowledge institutions, companies, care providers, government bodies and civil society organisations. HANNN's own role is to bring those parties together so that new products, services and approaches can be developed for prevention, treatment, better care and self-management. It also helps partners with business development and with finding partners abroad, represents the network towards Dutch government and European institutions through a social agenda and an international agenda, and publishes examples and events on behalf of the network. Its work is grouped into themes including Positive Health, healthy surroundings, active relaxation, healthy travel, people living with dementia, health literacy, citizen action and ageing differently in Friesland.
