About
Holland Expat Center South is the expat centre for Noord-Brabant, with its office on the Stadhuisplein in Eindhoven. Its own pages describe it as a nonprofit governmental agency and as a joint initiative of the participating municipalities, the Immigration and Naturalisation Service, Brainport Eindhoven and the province of Noord-Brabant. It defines its users narrowly as international knowledge workers and their families, and spells that out as highly skilled migrants, intra-corporate transferees, European blue card holders, researchers under the relevant EU directive, orientation year visa applicants, start-up entrepreneurs, essential start-up personnel, and EU, EEA and Swiss nationals whose employer is a recognised sponsor.
