About
Holland2Stay is a residential property manager that started in Eindhoven in 2011 and still has its head office there. It describes itself as the link between residents and property owners, and it lets studios and apartments in several Dutch cities, furnished or unfurnished, for short and long stays. Its site speaks to people who are studying, starting a career or settling in with a partner, and presents its residents as an international community. Renting is done online. Its terms say that after creating an account you can book a residence directly or take part in a weekly lottery, and that a booking fee is paid as an advance on the deposit. Documents are then checked before a tenancy agreement is issued, and a booking can be cancelled if the financial requirements are not met. Some residences are for students only. The site is in English, with a Dutch version. In August 2026 Holland2Stay announced that Codomo will become its main name in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the Holland2Stay name phased out gradually. It says Holland2Stay and Codomo Living, the name already used for part of its portfolio outside the Netherlands, are part of the same organisation, and that existing rental contracts remain valid.
