About
Huisly is a commercial housing search service for the Netherlands, available as a website and as iOS and Android apps, with Dutch and English interfaces. It does not own or let property itself. It gathers current rental and for-sale listings published on other housing websites, presents them in a single search with filters, a map view, property facts and listing history, and keeps a link to the source listing so a user can go to the provider that published it. Users can save active listings and set alerts that notify them when new listings appear for a location. The company states that it identifies the original source of each listing, labels websites that charge for applications, and asks users to check important details with the original provider, because source data can change. Search, filters, bookmarks and one alert for one location sit on the free plan, and a paid Premium plan exists for higher alert limits and higher priority notifications. Huisly describes itself as a remote-first technology company with a team spread across Europe and no central office. It also publishes written guides on Dutch housing subjects such as the huurtoeslag housing allowance and WOZ property values.
