Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
It states plainly that it is not a recruiter and does not find jobs or place candidates. The arrangement starts from an offer a hiring company has already made.
About
HumanR is a private company in Amsterdam, founded in 2007, that works as an employer of record for highly skilled migrants in the Netherlands, and says this is the only line of business it has. A company that wants to hire someone from outside the EU but is not, or not yet, a recognised sponsor with the Immigration and Naturalisation Service can use HumanR instead. HumanR signs the employment contract and becomes the formal employer, while the client keeps day-to-day direction of the work through a secondment agreement. HumanR then files the residence permit application under its own sponsor status, runs the payroll and payslips, applies for the 30 percent tax ruling, and arranges the BSN so the person can start work. The company states that it is a recognised IND sponsor and that it is SNA certified to the NEN 4400-1 standard for payroll and tax compliance, audited twice a year. Its clients are described as being in technology, finance, healthcare and engineering. It charges a single fixed monthly fee and publishes a cost calculator, an eligibility checker and a take-home pay calculator on its site.
