Its own privacy policy names the operator as IamExpat Media B.V. and describes it as an English language online media platform providing information, news, job listings, housing services and lifestyle content for internationals in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland, through the sites iamexpat.nl, iamexpat.de, iamexpat.ch, iamexpat.com, iamexpatfair.nl and iamexpatfair.de. The Dutch site is organised into expat info, career, housing, education, lifestyle, expat services, and news and articles. Its guides cover practical subjects such as Dutch public holidays and how they interact with an employment contract, the tax system, health insurance, renting and buying a home, schools and daycare, and starting a business. Separate products include the IamExpat Job Board, IamExpat Housing rental listings, webinars, weekly newsletters and an events calendar. The company also publishes directories of businesses aimed at internationals, grouped under healthcare, legal advice, money and taxation, insurance, working and entrepreneurship, education, wellbeing, housing and utilities, communication providers and transport, and it invites companies to buy a listing, advertise or post a vacancy. It organises the IamExpat Fair, an annual event held in Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven and Berlin. Its address is on Singel in Amsterdam.
