Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
An international employee would normally meet this consultancy through an employer that has hired it. Its subject is how colleagues from different national and cultural backgrounds work together day to day.
About
INDIGO Diversity Consulting is a commercial consultancy registered in the Netherlands, with an address in Amsterdam. It sells to organisations rather than to individuals, and its published client examples are multinational employers with staff from many countries. The work is organised in three strands. The first is an intercultural diversity competence programme, presented as practical and focused on how colleagues actually deal with one another rather than on country-by-country stereotypes, and it runs over a period of months. The second uses storytelling in facilitated group sessions so that people in mixed teams can talk about belonging and inclusion. The third is keynote speaking on cultural diversity, gender equity and inclusion, prepared for the specific audience. Formats include a shorter signature workshop, an online webinar series and full-day in-person training. The site publishes a Dutch Chamber of Commerce number, a VAT number, a street address in Amsterdam and a general email address, but no legal form and no founding year.
