Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. More about where our information comes from

A company in the Netherlands can raise money here from retail investors under an EU crowdfunding licence instead of going to a bank or a venture fund. The platform states it gives no advice on any offer.

About

Invesdor began in Helsinki in 2012 as a Finnish crowdfunding platform. A merger in 2022 created the Invesdor Group, adding offices in Germany and Austria, and in 2023 the Dutch platform Oneplanetcrowd joined the group and continued under the Invesdor name. The group works across Europe, and the Amsterdam office remains registered under the earlier Dutch company name. The platform publishes funding rounds that retail investors can join with small amounts, both bonds carrying a fixed term and interest rate and shares in companies that are not listed on a stock exchange, across areas such as student housing developments, forestry, medical technology and sustainability driven businesses. Invesdor holds a licence under the European Crowdfunding Service Providers regulation and belongs to the European crowdfunding industry body. It states in writing on its Dutch contact page that, as an intermediary, it provides no advisory services about investment opportunities, so investors decide for themselves. Companies looking for capital are the other side of the marketplace.

What they offer

  • Crowdfunding rounds for companies raising capital
  • Bond offers with a fixed term and interest rate for retail investors
  • Equity offers in companies that are not listed on a stock exchange
  • Investor account registration

Good to know

  • It states in writing that it is an intermediary and provides no advisory services about investment opportunities. Assessing an offer is entirely the investor's own work.
  • Investing in unlisted companies and in bonds carries the risk of losing the money put in.
  • Its Dutch pages are mainly in Dutch with an English switch, and it offers nothing on relocation, permits or settling in.
