About
Itzinya works with people who came to the Netherlands from elsewhere, and describes its participants as migrants and status holders, meaning refugees who have been granted residence. Its stated aim is that participants build businesses that can in turn employ other newcomers. Its programmes form a sequence. An orientation covers work and entrepreneurship. A training programme has participants develop and test a business idea in group sessions with individual coaching.
