From the Flux Forward organisation register · Not edited on this site How we check this

Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

More about where our information comes from

Anyone who wants to work for themselves here, including someone who has just arrived and wants to register as a sole trader, must be entered in this register, and the KVK number it issues is what banks, clients and government bodies ask for.

About

KVK is the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce. It describes its own work as keeping registers and giving entrepreneurs information and advice. The register is the Handelsregister, or Business Register, which holds details of businesses and organisations in the Netherlands: trade and registered names, the KVK number, start and incorporation dates, visiting and postal addresses, email and website, business activities, legal structure, and the officials who may act for the business. Every registered business is given one unique KVK number. Most of these details are public, and anyone may search the register free of charge by name, address or KVK number, while documents such as a Business Register extract or filed financial statements are paid products. Other details, including an official's home address and telephone number and any citizen service number, are not public and go only to people such as lawyers, civil law notaries, bailiffs and named government services who can show a statutory need. Businesses that have stopped stay in the register.
