The mentor match is the distinctive part. A member is introduced to an entrepreneur who has already been through the same growth stage, rather than to a paid adviser.

About
nlgroeit is a foundation, named Stichting nlgroeit in its own privacy statement, with an office on Koivistokade in Amsterdam. It builds a national network in which entrepreneurs running growing companies help each other with the decisions that growth brings. Membership starts with an introductory meeting. Each member then has one contact person at nlgroeit who makes introductions, most importantly to a mentor: an entrepreneur from the network who has already passed through a similar stage and who talks through the member's questions. The organisation also runs events through the year. The centre of each event is a round table where a small group of entrepreneurs at a comparable stage discuss what they are dealing with now, led by someone a step further on. Under the name Growth Academy it sells longer paid courses on growth strategy and on the founder's own role as a leader. Members who need a specialist in an area such as financing, strategy, artificial intelligence or e-commerce are referred to firms in its partner network.
