About
Noorderlink describes itself as a samenwerkingsverband, a standing collaboration between organisations in the north of the Netherlands built around human resources, the labour market and leadership. Membership is taken out by an organisation rather than by an individual, in three tiers set by how many staff the organisation has. Employees of member organisations can join five named networks: HR-link for HR professionals, Younglink for young professionals, Traineelink for trainees, students and recent graduates, a network for management assistants, and Noordkracht, which looks at the northern labour market more broadly. Alongside those it runs a year-round schedule of workshops, trainings and longer leergangen on subjects such as leadership, working with artificial intelligence and staying well at work, held at locations around the three northern provinces. Its website carries a job board listing vacancies, internships, work experience places and traineeships at member organisations, with an email alert built from the search filters a visitor sets. It also publishes articles on job hunting, career change and working life in the north. The office is on Leonard Springerlaan in Groningen.
