Octagon Professionals is an international recruitment and employment company based in The Hague; its site footer names Octagon Professionals International B.V. It recruits specialists for employers in aerospace, including European Space Agency programmes, defence, technology and engineering, energy and international organisations, and it also offers executive search, recruitment process outsourcing, employer-of-record and payroll services and HR advice. For the roles it advertises, the candidate is usually employed by Octagon on a Dutch contract and works at the client. Its site, which is in English, says Octagon is a recognised IND sponsor that applies for the highly skilled migrant permit for non-EU candidates, applies for the 30% tax ruling where it applies, and offers relocation help, including housing introductions through its relocation service Outpost, for people moving for a role it handles.
