Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
Relevant if the employer you want to work for is not itself an IND recognised sponsor. Payingit International states that it can take on the formal employment so that the permit application can be made, including acting as a temporary sponsor until the intended employer is recognised.
About
Payingit International is a private company in Amsterdam that acts as an umbrella employer and payroll provider for work carried out in the Netherlands. Two kinds of client use it. Companies without a Dutch entity, and Dutch employers that do not want the administration, hand the employment over: the company is the client, while Payingit International signs the contract with the worker, pays the salary, produces payslips and annual statements, arranges pension and takes on the wage tax and social insurance obligations. It also offers payroll administration to employers that remain the formal employer themselves. People from outside the EU use it for a different reason. A highly skilled migrant job requires an employer that the immigration service has recognised as a sponsor, and Payingit International states that it holds that recognition, so it can act as sponsor and file the work and residence permit applications, permits for accompanying family, and the 30 percent tax ruling. It describes this as a route for a project posting, a change of employer within the Netherlands, a first Dutch job, or remote work for a company abroad. The pages it publishes do not state what it charges.
What they offer
- Employer of record for companies without a Dutch entity
- Payroll administration, payslips, annual statements and pension for employers that remain the formal employer
Good to know
- The hiring company, or the company without a Dutch entity, is the client. What Payingit International charges that client is not published on the pages it makes public.
- It can act as sponsor and file applications, but the IND decides residence and work permits and the Belastingdienst decides the 30 percent ruling.
