Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
Its pages are unusually specific about what sponsorship obliges an employer to report to the immigration service: a salary falling below the required minimum, the contract ending, the job changing, a change of address, or the person leaving the country.
About
PAYSE is a Dutch payroll and HR services company with its office in Bunschoten-Spakenburg. Its main customers are business owners with no internal HR team, or who want extra support alongside one. In that arrangement PAYSE acts as the external HR department and takes on the administrative and legal duties of being the employer, including contracts, wage tax and social contributions, holiday pay, sick leave management and continued salary payment during illness, while the client stays in charge of the team and the work itself. A second line of work is employing internationals. PAYSE says it is a recognised sponsor with the Dutch immigration service and on that basis employs highly skilled migrants for companies hiring from abroad. The company traces itself to a payroll business started in January 2016 and took the name PAYSE, short for Payroll Services, in November 2022.
What they offer
- Payrolling: taking on the administrative and legal employer tasks for a client's staff
- Employing highly skilled migrants as a recognised IND sponsor
Good to know
- A paid commercial service. PAYSE publishes no rates and says the cost depends on the payroll service chosen and is quoted per client.
- Where PAYSE employs a highly skilled migrant, the worker is formally employed by PAYSE rather than by the business where the work is done.
