About
Perflexi is a Dutch employment services company that has been operating since 2014 from an office in Sassenheim in Zuid-Holland. It sells three related services. The first is sponsorship for highly skilled migrants: a company in the Netherlands that wants to hire a specialist from outside the EU or EEA has to be on the immigration service's register of recognised sponsors, and Perflexi, which is already on that register, employs the person itself, arranges the residence permit and carries the legal and financial side of the employment. The second is payroll for Dutch and EU staff, where it becomes the formal employer of people the client has already chosen. The third is temporary staffing and recruitment for longer contracts, where it also helps find the candidate. It describes itself as a small organisation that gives each client one named contact person. It states that it holds NEN 4400-1 certification and is listed in the Dutch Labour Standards Register for temporary employment agencies, contractors and subcontractors. The pages it publishes do not say what it charges.
