About
PWN Netherlands is the Dutch member network of Professional Women's Network, an international group of city networks working on gender-balanced leadership. It is not a Dutch original: it is published inside the parent's platform, and its own domain redirects to its section of that shared site. What belongs to the Dutch network is its own membership, its own programmes and its own contact route. It organises its work around three themes it calls emotional intelligence, covering wellbeing and the balance between work and private life; financial intelligence, covering financial independence, equal pay, budgeting and negotiating pay; and tech and data intelligence, covering keeping up with new technology and working well remotely. Its local programmes are a mentoring programme, a Leadership Lab that runs for three months and is aimed at women in the middle of their careers, a Growth Lab of online sessions for entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals, and a book club. New members are invited to an onboarding call, and it publishes a member spotlight series. Its stated position is that leadership is a way of working rather than a job title.
