Randstad runs randstad.nl through Randstad Nederland bv, which has its office in Diemen and is part of the worldwide Randstad group. Its site lists vacancies for permanent, temporary and seconded work, as well as side jobs, traineeships and interim assignments, and it organises this work in four specialisations: Operational, Professional, Digital and Enterprise. Its English page for refugees explains that people who find work through Randstad work for a client organisation while being employed by Randstad, and that it can also recruit people directly for a client. Its about page adds work-and-learn tracks, courses and training. For employers it offers temporary staffing, recruitment and selection, secondment and other HR services. Its payroll service is provided by Randstad Payroll Solutions, which Randstad names as a subsidiary of Randstad Nederland. The site is mainly in Dutch. A small set of English pages covers vacancies for English speakers, expat careers in IT and engineering through Randstad Professional, and information for refugees looking for work. Its expat page says the Randstad Professional Expat Services team helps professionals it recruits from abroad with relocation and, depending on the situation, with applying for their permit.

- The site is mainly in Dutch. English content is limited to a few pages for English speakers, expats and refugees.
- Randstad does not grant permits. Permit support is described only for professionals recruited from abroad through Randstad Professional, and the permit itself is decided by the Dutch authorities.
- With temporary work or secondment you are employed by Randstad while you work at a client organisation.
- Payroll employment is handled by Randstad Payroll Solutions, a separate company within the Randstad group.
