Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
The employers involved have committed in advance to meeting candidates with a refugee background, so a job seeker is introduced to companies that already expect them rather than applying cold.
About
Refugee Talent Hub describes itself as an employer initiative, by and for employers, and has been working since 2016 to bring employers and refugees together with paid employment as the goal. It works in three ways. It gives employers knowledge about working with refugees, covering the path from recruitment through to keeping somebody in the job, and gathers this in a knowledge base with examples from companies that have done it. Together with its employer partners it organises meetings and activities where candidates and company staff meet in person, which it treats as the step a job starts with. And it runs RefugeeWork, a platform where job seeking refugees and employers deal with each other directly, on their own where that works and with help where it does not. Employers take part by entering a cooperation agreement and become partners. A job seeker takes part by making a free account, which is also what registering for an activity requires; when somebody signs up for an activity held with a partner, Refugee Talent Hub tells that partner who is coming. Its privacy statement lists what it stores about candidates, including residence status, Dutch and English level, education, work experience and a CV.
What they offer
- Meetings and activities where employer staff and candidates with a refugee background meet in person
- Partner arrangement for employers, entered through a cooperation agreement
- Knowledge and practical guidance for employers on recruiting, mentoring and retaining refugee talent
- Free candidate account, needed to register for activities

Good to know
- It works with people who have a refugee background. Its pages describe nothing for an international who came to the Netherlands for work or study.
- It convenes employers rather than employing anyone. The job itself comes from a partner company.
- Taking part means a free account, and when you register for an activity held with a partner it tells that partner you are coming.
