Robert Walters is a specialist recruitment company that has worked in the Netherlands since 1990 and belongs to a group ultimately owned by Robert Walters plc. It recruits for permanent, interim and temporary positions and also offers executive search, recruitment process outsourcing and managed services to employers. Its specialisms include accounting and finance, banking and financial services, tax, treasury, legal, human resources, sales and marketing, customer operations, office and management support, supply chain and procurement, and the public sector. In 2024 the group brought its three brands, Robert Walters, Walters People and Resource Solutions, together under the Robert Walters name; in the Netherlands its temporary services are provided by Walters People B.V. The site has an English version with a job search and a page for finance professionals considering a move to the Netherlands. Registered candidates can take online skills tests and training through the Robert Walters Academy. Offices are in Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Rotterdam.
