Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. About

StartHub Wageningen is part of Wageningen University and Research and calls itself a clubhouse for entrepreneurial changemakers, where entrepreneurship, science and creativity meet. It is not a separate company: it sits on the Wageningen campus and its contact address runs on the university's own domain. It is open to the university's students, scientists and early stage entrepreneurs. Its support is organised as a staged pathway in four steps. The first is about building an entrepreneurial way of thinking and exploring knowledge based ideas. The second is about gathering what is needed to validate a societal need, map stakeholders and test whether an idea is wanted. The third turns that into a proposition with tested assumptions about users, revenue and business model. The fourth covers go to market planning and preparing for outside funding or a scaling partner. Running alongside these stages is an incubation programme that adds coaching, funding and access to mentor and expert networks. Course coordinators guide participants through the stages, and each stage has its own workshops and tools. Its published material is in English.

  • It supports building a venture. It handles nothing to do with permits, registration or housing.
