Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.
In selected cases it will act as the Dutch facilitator a foreign founder needs for the startup visa, after its team has reviewed the proposition and both sides have entered into a collaboration agreement.

About
StartLife is a Dutch foundation, registered as Stichting StartLife Holding with the Chamber of Commerce number 51231298, based in the Plus Ultra II building on Wageningen Campus. It works with startups in agrifoodtech, meaning technology for agriculture and food, and its stated aim is to speed up the shift to a more sustainable food system. It is backed by a mix of public and private funding, which is why it supports companies free of charge, taking no fees, no equity and no upside. Its main cohort programme is StartLife Accelerate, which runs a business development curriculum with training and coaching, connects founders to industry experts for market and customer validation, opens access to Wageningen University and Research specialists for technical questions, and makes introductions to investors. A lighter format called A La Carte also runs. It keeps a list of programme partners that startups can turn to for accounting, grant applications, intellectual property, legal advice, recruitment and laboratory testing, and it helps founders find office and meeting space on Wageningen Campus.
