For employers it recruits international tech professionals in fields such as software development, data engineering, cloud, AI and machine learning, cybersecurity, DevOps and product management, as well as Microsoft specialists, and it also builds engineering teams in Serbia. Its relocation arm, Talcom Relocation, handles the practical side of moving to the Netherlands: visa and permit applications, the Dutch tax expat scheme application, finding a home, registering with the municipality for a BSN, opening a bank account and arranging insurance, and the permits, schools and childcare that partners and children need.
