That organisation describes itself as a non-profit made up of three business units: a marketing bureau for leisure, a convention bureau for conferences, and this business agency for business development. The agency calls itself the official organisation promoting The Hague as a business location. Its services are free and are aimed at international companies and non-governmental organisations that want to establish, relocate or expand in the Randstad.
