Trinamics is a technical recruitment and secondment agency, working since 2005, with its head office in Breda and a second office in Eindhoven. It places engineers and technical specialists in mechanical and electrical engineering, software and automation, project and service engineering, machine building and high tech, energy and installation technology, ICT and automotive, mainly in the Brainport region, West-Brabant and the south of the Netherlands. Most placements are secondments in which the specialist gets a permanent contract at Trinamics and works at a client, often with the option to join the client later; it also arranges freelance and interim assignments and runs traineeships on a two-year contract. The site has an English version with an English vacancy list, and some vacancies state that English is the working language and Dutch is not needed. Trinamics says it is a recognised sponsor, so client employers can hire specialists from outside the EU without holding IND recognition themselves, and its privacy statement says it may arrange a permit application for candidates. It is a member of the NBBU staffing association.
