Undutchables Recruitment Agency is a private recruitment and staffing company that has worked in the Netherlands since 1996. Its business is matching candidates who speak languages other than Dutch, and who often come from abroad, with Dutch employers that need those language skills. Candidates can search its vacancy list, create an account and set a job alert, and interviews happen by appointment once a suitable role comes up. On the employer side it sells four hiring models: direct recruitment, where the client company is the legal employer; temporary employment and secondment, where Undutchables stays the legal employer and handles contracts, payroll, tax and Dutch labour law compliance; and executive recruitment, which it defines as roles paying 80,000 euro gross a year or more on a full-time basis, including holiday allowance. It also offers HR advice to companies without an HR department or setting up in the Netherlands. Its consultants are themselves internationals, and the site publishes general information about working and living in the Netherlands alongside its vacancies. Offices are in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Eindhoven, with the head office in Amstelveen.
