Veilig Thuis Friesland is the advice and reporting point for domestic violence, child abuse and elder abuse in the province of Friesland. It is part of a Frisian organisation for protection and safety, and its office is on the Snekerkade in Leeuwarden. Its tasks and powers are set out in the Dutch Social Support Act of 2015, and its work is supervised by the youth care inspectorate.
