About
WBII stands for Women's Business Initiative International. It is a membership association, described on its own site as a registered not-for-profit association for internationals, and as a community of women business owners, freelancers and solopreneurs who share knowledge and experience. Its members include both international and Dutch women, and it is a women-only association with an inclusive definition of women. Membership gives access to a programme of activities, among them monthly meetings, mastermind groups, professional development workshops, co-working sessions and a book club, and to a member directory in which each member's business is listed publicly. The association also publishes articles about doing business in the Netherlands, runs a webshop, and has an advocacy section, a board of directors and published annual reports. Its website is in English, and it is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 27281597, in the Haaglanden region around The Hague.
