About
Werkcentrum Groningen Noord-Drenthe is a shared advice point for residents and employers in the province of Groningen and the north of Drenthe who have questions about work, training or personnel, and its help is free. Its privacy statement states that it is a partnership and not an independent legal entity. Its about page groups the participants by sector: the employer and employee organisations, the education organisations including several regional colleges and the vocational education cooperation body, and on the government side the national employee insurance agency, two regional labour market programmes and the participating municipalities. Staff begin from the visitor's question, give information, and either help directly or connect the person with the right partner. Employers can book an appointment with an employer adviser for independent advice on finding staff and on letting staff go. The partnership also invites organisations with ideas for the regional labour market to make contact. One location is named, in Groningen, and questions can also be sent through a web form.
