Organisation records are published from the Flux Forward organisation register and shown here exactly as that register holds them. We do not research, write or edit them on this site, and a listing is not an endorsement or a sign that an organisation can help with your situation. Check the organisation's own website before acting.

More about where our information comes from

Its published entry requirements accept startups that are moving to the Netherlands as well as those already here, so you can apply before relocating, and the site and application route are in English.

About

YES!Delft is a startup incubator and accelerator for technology companies, based on the TU Delft campus. Its shareholders are the technical university, the municipality of Delft and Erasmus University, so it is a private company owned by two universities and a local authority rather than an independent business or a public agency. It also lists addresses in Rotterdam and The Hague. Support is organised in three tracks: one for testing a business idea and meeting first customers, one for growing an existing startup, and sector specific deep-dive tracks that work on validation or acceleration within one field. The site states that the accelerator takes no equity in return. To be accepted, applicants need at least two co-founders, a defined business idea, a technology to build on, and to be based in or moving to the Netherlands; single founders are pointed to a co-founder matching workshop first. Accepted startups get mentors, partner and investor contacts, funding support, and access to offices, workspaces, laboratories and a makerspace in its building.

What they offer

Programmes

  • Validate, for testing a business idea
  • Accelerate, for growing an existing startup
  • Deep-dive tracks within one sector

Good to know

  • Acceptance requires at least two co-founders, a defined business idea and a technology to build on. A single founder is pointed to a matching workshop first.
  • Office rental in the building runs through a separate property company, and past programme participants have priority.
  • It supports technology startups. It handles nothing to do with residence permits, registration or housing.
