It publishes an English language job board and talent list for startups in the Delft incubator, and its Co-Lab workshop is open to people who are not yet running a company and want to find a co-founder or join a founding team.
About
YES!Talents is a named service of YES!Delft, the technology startup incubator on the TU Delft campus. It is not a separate company: its own privacy policy states that YES!Talents and YES!Delft both refer to YES!Delft B.V. on the Molengraaffsingel in Delft. The service works on the people side of a startup, covering how a founding team is put together, how new staff are attracted and how staff are kept. Three offerings are published. Startup Jobs is a job board where candidates apply to positions at startups. The Co-Lab workshop is for a single founder, a founding team, or somebody who wants to join one, and is about finding the right co-founder or team member. The Talent Academy teaches human resources practice to people running a startup, and the service also helps a startup design a human resources plan around its own goals. Its privacy policy describes the operation plainly as a recruitment service that introduces candidates to YES!Delft startups for employment, drawing on applications, its own events and public sources. Candidates can register on a talent list to be considered by those startups.
