Its own advice is free of charge; the schemes and the specialists it points you to have their own terms.
About
Ynbusiness is the business support point for small and medium sized enterprises in Friesland. It describes itself as the independent and free of charge sparring partner for Frisian entrepreneurs, and its own support page names who stands behind it: a joint initiative of the business community, the province of Fryslan, the F4 municipalities of Leeuwarden, Heerenveen, Smallingerland and Sudwest Fryslan, and Frisian higher and secondary vocational education, connected in the Economic Board Fryslan. It organises its help around seven themes: innovation, financing, internationalisation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, business operations and digitalisation. Under business operations it looks at a company from its organisational, commercial, financial, purchasing, staffing and process sides, and says it either helps directly or introduces the right expert from its network. Alongside one to one advice it runs events for Frisian entrepreneurs, publishes case studies of businesses it has worked with, and publishes statistics on its own work.
